Selecting suitable vendors such as:
 
  Baker

  Decorators
  Florists
  Musicians (Soloist, Organist, Band, DJ)
  Photographer
  Printer (Invitations, RSVP/Thank You Cards, Itineraries)
  Rental Facilities
  Transportation Providers
  Videoagrapher
  Wedding Attire Providers (e.g. Bridal Shops)
Negotiating with vendors
Reviewing vendor contracts
Scheduling appointments with vendors for clients to meet with them (where necessary)
Coordinating the payment of final fees to vendors (if requested by client)
Ongoing updates and consultation with clients about vendors services and products
Preparation of wedding day timeline
Checking with vendors to confirm arrangements for the wedding day
Attendance at and direction of rehearsal (up to 2 hours)
Attendance at and overseeing and directing the ceremony and reception (up to 8 hours)
Directing the processionals, recessionals and receiving line (if needed)
Greet and coordinate vendors on-site
Coordinating the collection of gifts received on the wedding day
